| A betaine-modified kaolin/NR composite was prepared by mixing betaine-modified kaolin suspension solution and NR latex，and then coagulating and coprecipitating the mixture.The influenceof the mass fraction of betaine solution，the addition level of kaolin and the ion kind of basic metal on the properties of the composite was investigated.The results showed that the betaine-modified kaolin had remarkable reinforcement on vulcanizate.It was found by SEM that the silk network existed on the tensile cross-section of vulcanizate and it was found by TEM that the particles of betaine modified kaolin were closely bound to NR matrix with a fuzzy boundary. |
