The fatigue failure behavior of the NR vulcanizates reinforced by black N110,N220 and N330 respectively was investigated by rupture mechanics method.The results showed that the energy densities at tensile rupture of all three black-reinforced vulcanizates decreased as the fatigue test extended,and the smaller the particle size,the greater the tensile rupture energy density decreased,the less the defects inside vulcanizate,but the poor the cracking propagation resistance and the shorter the fatigue life;and the equations of fatigue lives for three black-reinforced NR vulcanizates could be used to predict their fatigue lives correctly. |
