| Abstract: |
| The reinforcement of HNBR by in situ prepared ZDMA through neutral reaction of ZnO with MAA was investigated.The results showed that the in situ prepared ZDMA gave good reinforcement on NBR;both total cross-link density and ionic bond cross-link density of vulcanizate increased as the addition level of DCP and the yield of ZDMA increased;and a vulcanizate with better comprehensive physical properties was obtained when 30 phr ZDMA with 4∶5 ZnO/MAA and 4 phr DCP were used. |
