A clay/carbon black/NR nano-composite was obtained by adding carbon black on two-roll mill into clay/NR nano-composite which was prepared with emulsion intercalating method,and its micro-structure and properties were investigated by XRD and TEM.The results showed that the addition of carbon black had no effect on the dispersion of clay in NR matrix,and both fillers were dispersedin NR matrix on nanoscale;the addition of carbon black decreased the intensity of filler network formed by clay to improve the processibility of composite;and the comprehensive physical propertiesof clay/carbon black/NR nano-composite were better than those of clay/NR nano-composite. |
