Abstract:
The effect of curative, level of cocuring agent Si69,and type and level of carbon black on elasticity of NR vulcanizate was investigated. The results showed that the optimum elasticity of vulcanizate was obtained by using semi-efficient curing system;the elasticity of vulcanized raised as the crosslinking density increased;Shore A hardness, tensile strength and modulus at 300% increased, and resilience lowered,as the particle size of carbon black reduced and the level of N330 and N550 increased.A relationship of resilience (y) to Shore A hardness (x1) and modulus at 300% (x2) was obtained by least-square fitting:1/y=0.026 503 6+0.000 012 53/(x1);1/y=0.064 827+0.000 939 7/(x2).
