Abstract:
      The effect of the low unsaturated polyoxypropylene ether polyols cured at room temperature on the properties of PU elastomer was investigated.The results showed that the PU elastomer with fast curing and better physical properties was obtained when the content of free —NCO in prepolymer was 0.08;the PU elastomer with high tensile strength was obtained when the low unsaturated polyoxypropylene ether polyols with high functionality and molecular weight were used;the PU elastomer with better comprehensive properties was obtained when low unsaturated polyoxypropylene ether glycols with 3000 moleculor weight/low unsaturated polyoxypropylene ether triols system was used;and the lighter PU elastomer was obtained when MOCA was used as chain extender and ceresan was used as catalyst.
