Abstract: |
A software for simulating and calculating the temperature field in rolling tire has been developed by using the analytical function of nonlinear finite element based on the thermal stability analysis.The software is established on the assumption that a)the temperature field is the steady temperature field of the dynamically balanced tire;b)the shape of the tire is rotational symmetric;c)the thermal conductivity and specific heat content etc. are constants;d)the contact heat transfer by conductivity at the ground-contact of tire is neglected.The experimental example confirms that the trend from the calculated results with the software is in accordance with that from the measured results. |
