Abstract: |
The interactions between filler and rubber and their effect on reinforcement were investiga-ted.The results showed that the chemical crosslinkage accounted for 40% in the interactions between N330 black and NR/BR and its contributive rate to tensile strength was 82.8%;the chemical crosslinkage accounted for 66.7% in the interactions between silica/coupling agent KH-846 and NR/BR and its contributive rate to tensile strength was 80.7%;and the chemical crosslinkage accounted for 70% in the interactions between black/silica/coupling agent KH-846 and NR/BR and its contributive rate to tensile strength was about 94%.The chemical crosslinkage gave prevailing contribution to the tensile strength for all 3 reinforcing systems with over 80% of contributive rate. |
