| Abstract: |
| The NBR/PVC sponge was investigated focusing on the match of curing to blowing.The results showed that the curing rate of the compound matched well to the blowing rate and the sponge with the lower density and hardness and the uniform cells were obtained when NBR/PVC with blending ratio of 84/16，8～16 phr of blowing agent DDL 105，0.8，2.1，0.25 and 0.06 phr of sulfur，ZnO，accelerator CZ and TMTD，40 phr of calcium carbonate and 150℃/(7～9) MPa×9 min curing condition were used. |
