| The automotive measuring and controlling system of the coated cord ply gauge on calender is described with the emphasis on the structure design and model establishment of the system.The incremental adjustment is applied in the software of gauge control based on normal PID control and the control system is independent from the manual control in situ.The data sampling and processing of other control parameters necessary for describing the production line are designed. |
