| The function and basic principle of the vibrating force field induced by the electro-magnetic field during the reactive extrusion process of polymer were investigated.The results showed that an active effect on the physical and chemical reaction in the extruder could be generated by introducing the vibrating force field to improve the visco-elasticity of melt polymer and the mixing and dynamic cure efficiency of polymer.The method could be applied to improve the quality of dynamically-cured thermoplastic EPDM/PP elastomer. |
