| A NR/Kaolin composite wasPrepared by coagulation/coprecipitation of NR latex and Kaolin slurry.The influence of the structure ,Particle size and adding level of Kaolin on the mechanicalProperties of vulcanized NR/Kaolin composite was investigated.The results showed that the better mechanical Properties of Kaolin-filled NR vulcanizate were obtained when up to 200Phr of laminal Kaolin with smallPartical size were used.It was found on TEM that Kaolin was bonded tightly to NR matrix and their interface was blurred in the vulcanized composite. |
