Abstract: |
The dynamic mechanical properties and heat build-up of black-filled rubber are predicted at different load conditions based on the concept of strain amplification .The heat build-up and dynamic modulus of the ununiform black/rubber composite or the ununiformly dispersed black-filled compound due to under-mix ing are investigated .A composite model of two materials in parallel is made to describe the effect of the black dispersity on the compound properties .The results showthat the dynamic modulus and hysteresis of the compound decrease as the black dispersity increases untill the black is dispersed totally . |
