| Abstract: |
| The open cell silicone rubber foam materials were prepared by using solving-bleeding technique.The density of foam decreased and its porosity increased as the blowing agent level in the foam increased.It was found through the analysis based on Gibson and Ashbys theories that the tensile strength of silicone rubber foam decreased and its compression property changed little as the porosity increased. |
