Abstract: |
The rheological properties of silicone rubber compound filled with conductive nano-fibre(Nano-F)/conductive carbon black were investigated. The results showed that the entanglement points in the molecular chains of silicone rubber increased by the anisotropy of Nano-F at low shearing rate, which hindered the orientation of rubber molecular chains and resulted in a higher apparent viscosity of compound;the orientation of Nano-F at high shearing rate was benificial to the orientation of silicone rubber molecular chains, which resulted in a lower apparent viscosity of compound and thus an improved processibility of compound. |
