| Based on the statistical analysis of the parameters in the mixing process with internal mixer under current automatic control conditions and the mix quality，it is pointed out that the parametersfluctuation generally is about 5%，occationally may be 15%～20%，which has a significant adverse effect on the mix quality；the fluctuation results from the improper control program，equipment situation and mixing rules，and so on. |
