| Abstract: |
| A bromizated BR with the Br content up to 67.4% and a bromizated SBR with Br content up to 62.6% were prepared with the rapid anisotropic bromizing addition process by using water as dispersing agent and adding a small amount of halo-hydrocarbons.The structure and properties of the bromizated products were investigated with IR，TGA and DSC.The results of analysis to thermal properties showed that both of the thermal stabilities of bromizated SBR and bromizated BR were undesirable.Their thermal stability could be improved to a certain degree by adding thermal stabilizer. |
