| The new 400mm×400mm automatic press consists of main body.mold opening and closing system and mold indexing system.hydraulic control system and oil tank，vacuum pumping system and electric control system.The main body is a side-plates structured and enclosed curing chamber.The mould is opened or closed by a ram cylinder，and is indexed by gear and rack driven by a low-speed and high-torque motor through chain.The hydraulic control system is designed to be a modular system.The electric control system is equiped with a programmable controller.The vacuum pumping system can be used directly to exhaust the air from the curing chamber.The press features automatic open，closure and index of mould，automatic airexhaust and vacuum pumping，automatic control and display of temperature and time，preset of preheating temperature and time. |
