| Abstract: |
| A NBR/POM TPE was prepared with the dynamic vulcanization using 2402 resin curing system.The influence of acrylonitrile content，curing system and NBR/POM blending ratio on the properties of the blend was investigated.The test results showed that the tensile strength of the blend increased signifieantly as the acrylonitrile content in NBR increased；the strength of the blend increased slightly，the apparent viscosity decreased，the processibility improved，the electric property，aging property and oi1 resistance increased remarkably as the POM content inereased.DSC analysis showed that the crystallinity of POM in the blend was significantly lower than that of the pure POM and its melt point was a little lower. |
