      研究废旧轮胎裂解炭黑(CBp)及其化学改性品在载重轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:在载重轮胎胎侧胶中用10份CBp等量替代炭黑N375,胶料的硬度、拉伸强度和耐屈挠性能等降低,撕裂强度和弹性提高;用10份改性CBp等量替代炭黑N375,胶料的物理性能和耐屈挠性能比添加CBp的胶料改善,综合性能与生产配方胶料基本一致。采用改性CBp的试验轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能均满足企业标准要求,同时可降低生产成本。
英文摘要:
      The application of pyrolysis carbon black from waste tires(CBp) and its chemically modified product in sidewall compound of truck and bus tire was studied.The results showed that,when carbon black N375 was equivalently replaced by 10 phr CBp in the sidewall compound of truck and bus tire,the hardness,tensile strength and flexing resistance of the compound were decreased,and the tear strength and resilience were improved.When carbon black N375 was equivalently replaced by 10 phr modified CBp,the physical properties and flexing resistance of the compound were better than that of the compound with CBp,and the comprehensive properties were basically the same as those of the production formula compound.The high speed performance and durability of the test tire with modified CBp met the requirements of enterprise standard,and the production cost could be reduced.
