The application of bromobutyl rubber(BIIR) EXXPRO in the inner liner compound of allsteel radial tire was investigated. The results showed that,using EXXPRO1603 to replace BIIR2222 by equal weight in the inner liner formula for all BIIR or BIIR/natural rubber blend compound,the cross-linking degree and processing safety of the compound improved,the physical properties of the vulcanizate changed little,and the air tightness under high temperture improved significantly. |
