在轮胎花纹低噪声优化原理及寻优方法研究基础上,重点论述了用模糊遗传算法(F-GA)对轮胎花纹的花纹块大小及比例、花纹槽大小及比例、节距排列、节距比例、错位及花纹条数八大参数进行优化的方法。通过寻优可得到多种低噪声轮胎花纹方案,再对其耐磨性、抓着力、美观程度等进行模糊综合评判,最终确定各项性能最佳的低噪声轮胎花纹方案。 |

Based on the study of the optimization mechanism for low noice tread patterns and the optimum-seeking method,the optimization of eight important parameters,such as the block sizes and their ratio,the groove sizes and their ratio,the pitch arrangement and ratio,the disalignment and the rib number with the fuzzy genetic algorithm (F-GA) are described in detail.Many low noice tread pattern designs can be obtained by optimum-seeking and the final low noice tread patterns design with the best comprehensive properties is determined by the fuzzy comprehensive adjugment of the obtained designs in terms of wear resistance,traction and apperance. |
