      研究了国产尺寸稳定性较佳的高模量低收缩聚酯帘线(简称DSP)在高性能轿车子午线轮胎中的应用。试验结果表明,国产DSP帘线的尺寸稳定性好,经耐久性和高速性能试验后轮胎外直径只比试验前膨胀0.3%~0.5%,断面宽变化率绝对值为0.2%~0.7%;其热收缩率小,在高温硫化下可以不用后充气;国产DSP帘线的强力保持率和滞后损失率均与进口1X30帘线接近;试制的采用DSP轮胎的耐久性达到200 h,高速性能达到290 km·h-1速度级别轮胎的性能要求。
英文摘要:
      The application of domestically produced DSP to performance tire was investigated.The test results showed that the overall diameter of test tire after endurance and speed tests was only 0.3%~0.5% greater than that of tire before tests,and the absolute value of sectional width changed by 0.2%~0.7%;the test tire didn′t need post-cure because of lower thermal shrinkage of domestically produced DSP;the strength retension and hysteresis of domestically produced DSP cord were similar to those of imported 1X30 DSP cord;and the endurance of test DSP tire reached 200 h and the speed reached 290 km·h-1,which could meet the requirements for V speed-rated tire.
