      研究了炭黑中的筛余物、灰分和水分质量分数对胶料性能的影响。结果表明,杂质质量分数保持在较低范围时,对炭黑胶料的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率及300%定伸应力影响较小,但对耐屈挠龟裂性能有显著影响;炭黑中水分质量分数超出一定范围时,影响胶料的焦烧时间及硫化速度。
英文摘要:
      The effect of the mesh residue,ash and moisture contents on the physical properties of rubber compound was investigated.The result showed that the impurities in carbon black had lower effect on the tensile strength,elongation at break and modulus at 300% of black compound,but significant effect on its flex crack resistance,if the impurities kept at low levels;and the scorch time reduced and the curing speed increased as the moisture content in carbon black increased beyond a certain level.
