| The passenger car radial tires with three structure designs in the same size were analysed with a general-purpose FEA software. It was found that the structure design had a significant influence on the tire contact width and the stress distribution in the belt . The analysed results could be used to optimize the structure design and predict the contact width and stress distribution of tire running at lower speed from those of tire in static state. |
