| 分析无内胎电动摩托车轮胎胎圈缺胶问题原因并提出解决方案。针对胎面定位不准、下压辊压力超标、硫化机台泄漏、胎坯落地和粘连、胎面贴偏和破边及成型胎面边缘未压实等主要原因，采取将上压辊由气缸式改为摆臂式、加长胎面托架、口型板在使用前预热至100 ℃以上和制定胎坯挂放及运输标准等措施，有效减少了胎圈缺胶问题，轮胎的综合修补率下降了4.8%，经济效益显著。 |

| The causes of rubber lack of bead problem of tubeless electric motorcycle tire were analyzed and the solutions were put forward.In view of the main reasons such as inaccurate tread positioning，overpressure of lower roller，leakage of curing machine，landing and adhesion of green tire，sticking deviation and broken edge of tread，and uncompacted formed tread edge，the measures were taken to change the upper roller from cylinder type to swing arm type，lengthen the tread bracket，preheat the die plate over 100 ℃ before use，and formulate the standards for hanging and transportation of the green tire，which could effectively reduce the rubber lack of bead problem.The comprehensive repair rate of the tire decreased by 4.8%，and the economic benefit was significant. |
