      介绍295/60R22.5 HF81低扁平比全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 919 mm,断面宽 290 mm,行驶面宽度 245 mm,行驶面弧度高 7.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 570.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 241 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.05;胎面采用4条纵向曲折花纹沟,花纹深度 14.5 mm,花纹节距数 73,花纹饱和度 79.2%。施工设计:胎面采用胎面胶、基部胶和过渡层胶复合设计;采用4层带束层结构,1#带束层采用0.37+6×0.32ST钢丝帘线,2#和3#带束层采用4+6×0.32ST钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.35HI高伸长钢丝帘线;胎体采用3×0.24+9×0.225ST钢丝帘线;采用VMI四鼓一次法成型机成型,热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能测试结果表明,轮胎的各项性能均满足设计要求,接地印痕为矩形,轮胎花纹磨损均匀,产品性能优异。

      The design on 295/60R22.5 HF81 low aspect ratio truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 919 mm,cross-sectional width 290 mm,width of running surface 245 mm,arc height of running surface 7.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 570.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 241 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.05,the tread adopted 4 longitudinal zigzag grooves,pattern depth 14.5 mm,number of pattern pitchs 73,and block/total ratio 79.2%.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:the tread adopted tread compound,base compound and transition ply compound composite tread design,adopted 4 layers belt structure,using 0.37+6×0.32ST steel cord for 1# belt,4+6×0.32ST steel cord for 2# and 3# belt,and 5×0.35HI high elongation steel cord for 4# belt,the carcass adopted 3×0.24+9×0.225ST steel cord,using VMI four-drum one-stage building machine to build tire,and using hot plate vulcanizer to cure tire.The test results of the finished tire showed that all performances of the tire met the design requirements,the footprint of tire was rectangular,the tire tread wear was uniform and the product performance was excellent.
