研究复合活性氧化锌在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:复合活性氧化锌的氧化锌含量远低于普通氧化锌;在胎面胶中以复合活性氧化锌减量替代普通氧化锌,胶料的Fmax减小,t90缩短,硫化胶的物理性能相当,滚动阻力和生热降低;成品轮胎的耐久性能提高,且材料成本降低。 |

in view of the cost advantage of composite active zinc oxide compared with ordinary zinc oxide, 1.5 points of composite active zinc oxide is used to replace 3.5 parts of ordinary zinc oxide in the original formula. The physical performance data, RPA flow performance analysis and mileage data are compared in the small The application of composite active zinc oxide in the tread compound of truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that the content of zinc oxide in composite active zinc oxide was much smaller than that in common zinc oxide.By using composite active zinc oxide decrement instead of the common zinc oxide in the tread compound,the Fmax of the compound was decreased and t90 was shortened,the physical properties of the vulcanizate were equivalent,the rolling resistance and heat build-up were reduced.The durability of the finished tire was improved and the material cost was reduced. |
