      介绍轻量化35×12.50R20LT 10PR轻型载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 873 mm,断面宽 318 mm,行驶面宽度 258 mm,行驶面弧度高 11.6 mm,胎圈着合直径 511.4 mm,胎圈着合宽度 279.4 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.022,胎面采用交错排布的块状越野花纹,花纹深度 15.5 mm,花纹饱和度 54.5%,花纹周节数 21。施工设计:采用三复合挤出胎面,胎体采用3层1670dtex/2高模量低收缩聚酯浸胶帘布,带束层采用2层2+2×0.35HT钢丝帘布,冠带层采用2层1400dtex/2改性锦纶66浸胶帘布,采用二次法成型机成型,B型硫化胶囊硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、高速性能、耐久性能和低气压耐久性能以及胎圈阻力均符合相关设计和标准要求。

      The design on lightweight 35×12.50R20LT 10PR light truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 873 mm,cross-sectional width 318 mm,width of running surface 258 mm,arc height of running surface 11.6 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 511.4 mm,bead width at rim seat 279.4 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.022,the tread adopted staggered block cross-country pattern,pattern depth 15.5 mm,block/total ratio 54.5%,and number of pattern pitchs 21.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:adopted tri-extruded tread,the carcass adopted three layers of 1670dtex/2 high modulus low shrinkage polyester dipped fabric,the belt adopted two layers of 2+2×0.35HT steel cord,cap ply adopted 2 layers of 1400dtex/2 modified nylon 66 dipped fabric,using second-stage building machine to build tire,and using B-type curing bladder to cure tire.The test results of the finished tire showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,high-speed performance,durability,low pressure durability and bead unseating resistance all met the requirements of relevant design and standards.
