      介绍8.25R15TR全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 836 mm,断面宽 235 mm,行驶面宽度 168 mm,行驶面弧度高 6.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 388 mm,胎圈着合宽度 177.8 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.036,胎面花纹采用4条纵向直沟配合横向导槽设计,采用变节距设计,花纹深度 13 mm,花纹周节数 54,花纹饱和度 76.83%。施工设计:胎面采用胎冠胶、基部胶和粘合胶片,带束层采用3层带束层+2层0°冠带层,1#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,2#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线,采用一次法胶囊反包成型机成型、蒸锅式双模硫化机等效变温硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合相应国家和企业标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 8.25R15TR truck and bus radial tire was introduced.The structure design parameters as follows:overall diameter 836 mm,cross-section width 235 mm,width of running surface 168 mm,arc height of running surface  6.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 388 mm,bead width at rim seat 177.8 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.036,using 4 longitudinal straight grooves and lateral guide grooves for tread pattern,and adopted variable pitch design,pattern depth 13 mm,number of pattern pitches 54,the block/total ratio 76.83%.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using crown compound,base compound and adhesive film for the tread,and 3 layers belt+2 layers 0° cap ply for belts,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord,3+8×0.33HT steel cord and 5×0.30HI steel cord was respectively using for 1#,2# and 3# belt,and the carcass adopted 3×0.24/9×0.225CCST steel cord,using one-stage capsule turn-up building machine to build tire,and steamer type double-mode vulcanizer with variable temperature to cure tire.The test results of the finished tire showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance and durability of the finished tire met the requirements of corresponding national and enterprise standards.
