中文摘要:
      研究高门尼粘度异戊橡胶(HMIR)在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明:分别以30,20和20份HMIR等量替代天然橡胶(NR)用于胎面胶、胎体帘布胶和胎肩胶,胎面胶的耐磨和抗切割性能提高,滚动阻力减小;胎体帘布胶的300%定伸应力、撕裂强度和粘合性能相当;胎肩胶的300%定伸应力和撕裂强度增大,拉伸强度略减小;采用HMIR部分等量替代NR试制的全钢载重子午线轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度和耐久性能均达到国家标准,实际使用性能与全NR轮胎相当或略优。
英文摘要:
      Application of high Mooney viscosity isoprene rubber(HMIR) in truck and bus radial tire was studied.By using 30,20 and 20 phr HMIR to partialy replace natural rubber(NR) by equal weight in tread compound,carcass ply compound and shoulder compound,respectively,the abrasion resistance and cutting resistance of the tread compound improved and the rolling resistance was reduced,the modulus at 300% elongation,tear strength and adhesion properties of the carcass ply compound were equivalent,the modulus at 300% elongation and tear strength of shoulder compound increased and the tensile strength decreased.The inflated peripheral dimension,strength and durability of truck and bus radial tire produced with HMIR partialy instead of NR by equal weight all met the national standards,and the actual service performance was equivalent to or slightly better than that of all NR tire.
