中文摘要:
      研究抗疲劳剂PL600对胎体胶配方粘合性能与耐疲劳性能的平衡作用。结果表明:使用抗疲劳剂PL600替代间苯二酚-甲醛树脂粘合体系,既可以保证胎体胶与聚酯帘线之间的粘合性能,满足轮胎使用需求,又可以提高胎体胶的耐疲劳性能,提高轮胎的耐久性能。
英文摘要:
      The balance effect of anti-fatigue agent PL600 on the adhesion and fatigue resistance of carcass compound formulations was studied.The results showed that the use of anti-fatigue agent PL600 to replace the resorcinol-formaldehyde resin adhesive system could not only ensure the adhesion between the carcass compound and the polyester cord,meet the needs of tire use,but also improve the fatigue resistance of the carcass compound,improve the durability of tires.
