      以195/65R15轿车子午线轮胎为研究对象,研究行驶面宽度对轮胎滚动阻力、噪声和高速性能等的影响。结果表明,行驶面宽度增大8 mm,对轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、高速性能、耐久性能和耐磨性能影响不大,轮胎的强度性能提高,接地印痕面积、滚动阻力和噪声增大,舒适性改善,制动性能和操纵性能下降,证明行驶面宽度是轮胎轮廓设计的重要参数,对轮胎的舒适性、安全性和节能具有重要影响。
英文摘要:
      Taking 195/65R15 passenger car radial tire as the research object,the influence of width of running surface on rolling resistance,noise and high-speed performance of tire were studied.The results showed that,when the width of running surface was increased by 8 mm,it had little effect on inflated peripheral dimension,high-speed performance,durability and wear resistance of tire.The strength performance of tire was improved,footprint area,rolling resistance and noise were increased,the comfort was improved,and the braking performance and handling performance were reduced,which showed that the width of running surface was the important parameter of the tire contour design,and had sufficient influence for the comfort,safety and energy saving of tire.
