选用215/50R17 95W轮胎,调整其三角胶高度和带束层角度,设计3种结构方案,通过室内刚性及动态冲击试验获得力学性能数据,并在试验场进行实车验证,以研究轮胎结构特性、室内力学性能及场地主观舒适性之间的关系。结果表明:三角胶高度或带束层角度增大,胎体整体刚性降低,轮胎舒适性提高;三角胶高度减小会提高轮胎的振动衰减能力;通过整体刚性和室内动态冲击测试数据可以预估场地舒适性。 |

Choosing 215/50R17 95W tire,three structural schemes were designed by adjusting the height of apex and the angle of belt layer.The mechanical properties of tire were obtained through indoor stiffness and dynamic cleat tests,and verified in the test field,so as to study the relationship between tire structural characteristics,indoor mechanical properties and site subjective comfortable performance.The results showed that,with the increase of apex height or belt angle,the whole stiffness of the carcass would be decreased,and the tire comfortable performance would be improved.With the decrease of apex height,the vibration attenuation ability of the tire would be improved.The field comfortable performance could be predicted by whole stiffness and indoor dynamic cleat test data. |
