进行矿山专用全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶配方的开发。结果表明:抗刺扎、抗切割和抗崩花掉块综合性能较好的胎面胶配方为NR 80,SBR 20,炭黑N115 48,白炭黑 7,莱茵塑分?GE3082 2,硫黄 1.8,促进剂CBS 1.2,其他 15.8。该胎面胶配方试验轮胎的实际里程试验损坏率比普通轮胎降低1%以上,综合里程延长约10%。 |

The development of the tread compound formula of truck and bus radial tire for mine had been carried out.The results showed,the formula of tread compound with better comprehensive performance of cut resistance,puncture resistance and chipping resistance was as follow:NR 80,SBR 20,carbon black N115 48,carbon black 7,Rheinland? GE3082 2,sulfur 1.8,accelerator CBS 1.2,others 15.8.In the actual mileage test,the damage rate of the test tire with this tread compound formula was reduced by above 1% compared with ordinary tire,and the comprehensive mileage was extended by about 10%. |
