针对3+8×0.21ST钢丝帘线的自身特点,通过优化压延、裁断及成型等工序的工艺参数,改善设备的适应性,有效解决了3+8×0.21ST钢丝帘线用于全钢载重子午线轮胎加工过程中出现的多种质量问题,中间过程消耗和成品轮胎帘布缺陷率减小,钢丝帘线加工过程中的稳定性和工艺通过性提高。 |

According to the characteristics of 3+8×0.21ST steel cord,by optimizing the process parameters of calendering,cutting,building,and improving the adaptability of the equipment,various quality problems of 3+8×0.21ST steel cord during the processing of truck and bus radial tire were effectively solved,the consumption in the middle process and the defect rate of finished tire cord were reduced,and the stability and process throughput in the processing of steel cord were improved. |
