中文摘要:
      研究聚炭增量剂SC-101在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:与正常配方胶料相比,添加5份聚炭增量剂SC-101后,胶料的模量增大,硫化胶的抗撕裂性能提高,成品轮胎的耐磨性能提升约10%;混炼胶的成本降低,经济效益显著。
英文摘要:
      The application of polycarbon extender SC-101 in the tread compound of truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,compared with the normal formula compound,adding 5 phr of polycarbon extender SC-101,the modulus of compound increased,the tear resistance of vulcanizate improved,and the wear resistance of finished tire increased by about 10%.The cost of compound was reduced and the economic benefits was significant.
