研究环保改性补强剂BG802L在全钢载重子午线轮胎气密层和胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:在气密层胶中以补强剂BG802L部分替代炭黑N660,胶料的门尼粘度减小,门尼焦烧时间延长,炭黑分散性和气密性提高,硫化胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率增大;在胎侧胶中以补强剂BG802L部分替代炭黑N375,胶料的加工安全性和流动性较好,硫化胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率增大,炭黑分散性提高;采用补强剂BG802L可以降低轮胎生产成本。 |

The application of environment-friendly modified reinforcing agent BG802L in the inner liner and sidewall compound of truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that,by using reinforcing agent BG802L partly instead of carbon black N660 in the inner liner compound,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased,the scorch time prolonged,the carbon black dispersion and air tightness improved,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the vulcanizate increased.By using reinforcing agent BG802L partly instead of carbon black N375 partly in the sidewall compound,the processing safety and fluidity of the compound were better,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the vulcanizate increased,and the carbon black dispersion improved.The cost of tire production could be reduce by using reinforcing agent BG802L. |
