      针对255/70R22.5 16PR全钢子午线轮胎接地印痕呈“马鞍”形,即行驶面中心内凹、肩部外凸问题,描绘轮胎标准断面材料分布图,用有限元仿真方法模拟接地印痕,并计算轮胎带束层压力分担率;在不改变模具外尺寸的前提下,通过调整带束层压力分担率,改善轮胎接地印痕形状,提高产品性能。
英文摘要:
      Regarding the “saddle” type footprint of 255/70R22.5 16PR all-steel radial tire,which was concave in the center of the running surface,and convex on the shoulder,the material layout of the standard section of tire was described,and the footprint was simulated by the finite element simulation method to calculate the tire belt pressure sharing rate.On the premise of unchanging the outside dimension of the mold,the footprint was improved by adjusting the pressure sharing rate of belt and the tire performance was improved.
