      探讨了不同厂家的膏状胶片隔离剂对半钢钢丝附胶性能的影响,并对浸入不同浓度膏状隔离剂乳液的半钢钢丝附胶进行各项性能对比,结果表明:TF-1隔离剂乳液浓度低于40%时,对半钢钢丝附胶物理机械性能无明显影响;JSH-2010-PG隔离剂乳液高浓度对半钢钢丝附胶物理机械性能无明显影响,但考虑加工安全性,JSH-2010-PG隔离剂正常使用时浓度应控制在5%以内。
英文摘要:
      Discussed the influence of paste release agents from different manufacturers on the properties of PCR Belt Coating, and compared the properties of the PCR Belt Coating which immersed in different concentrations of paste release agent emulsion. The results showed that the TF-1 release agent which the emulsion concentration was lower than 40% had no significant influence on the physical and mechanical properties of PCR Belt Coating; while the JSH-2010-PG release agent which the emulsion concentration was high had no significant influence on the physical and mechanical properties of PCR Belt Coating, and the emulsion concentration of JSH-2010-PG release agent may be within 5% during production because of the safe processing.
