| 研究烷基二硫代磷酸盐促进剂在NR胎面胶中的应用。应用烷基二硫代磷酸盐促进剂，可明显提高硫化胶的抗硫化返原性能，增大300%定伸应力，用量适宜时可降低脆性温度；通过调整硫化体系，使用0.5份烷基二硫代磷酸盐促进剂，可使胶料保持良好的焦烧安全性和耐屈挠龟裂性能。 |

| The application of alkyl dithiophosphate accelerator in NR based tread compound was investigated.The results showed that the anti-reversion of vulcanizate improved and the modulus at 300% also increased by using alkyl dithiophosphate accelerator，and the brittle temperature decreased by using the proper level of alkyl dithiophosphate accelerator；and the rubber compound with better scorch safety and flex crack resistance was obtained by using 0.5 phr of alkyl dithiophosphate accelerator and adjusting the curing system. |
