| 介绍一种轮胎硫化欠温自动延时的办法。实践表明,通过特殊接口单元,将硫化过程中内压温度的模拟量信号输入可编程序控制器(PLC)内,充分利用PLC内的特殊功能指令进行软件编制,较好地解决了轮胎硫化欠温自动延时问题,提高了产品质量。 |

| A method for automatic extending the tire curing period at a subnormal temperature was proposed. It was showed in the practice that the tire curing period at a subnormal temperature could be automatically extended by inputing the simulated signal of internal temperature during vulcanization into PLC with a special interface unit ,and programming with special commands in PLC. |
