中文摘要:
      研究防老剂77PD对轮胎胎侧胶性能的影响。结果表明:以防老剂77PD部分替代防老剂6PPD用于胎侧胶,胶料的门尼焦烧时间t5缩短,交联密度略减小,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率符合设计要求,耐热氧老化性能变化不大,耐臭氧老化性能显著提升;当防老剂77PD用量为2份时,胎侧胶的综合性能最好。
英文摘要:
      The effect of antioxidant 77PD on the properties of sidewall compound of tire was studied.The results showed that when antioxidant 77PD partially replaced antioxidant 6PPD in sidewall compound,the Mooney scorch time t5 was shortened,the crosslinking density slightly decreased,the tensile strength and elongation at break met the design requirements,the thermal oxygen aging resistance changed little,and the ozone aging resistance was significantly improved.When the dosage of antioxidant 77PD was 2 phr,the overall properties of the sidewall compound was optimal.
