Finite element software was used to analyze the influence of construction structure of ring material on heel crack of 13R22.5 all-steel truck tubeless tire,The influence of three schemes on the stress concentration point in the heel of the tire was calculated. The results show that：External application of nylon cladding layer on steel reinforcing layer can disperse the extrusion of rim rim rim on the heel of bead, reduce stress and improve the appearance of heel crack. The correctness of finite element analysis is verified by indoor and road tests.
