| 基于某能源化工企业8万t·a-1炭黑装置项目实践，系统分析裂解重油生产橡胶用炭黑技术的发展现状，重点阐述原料预处理、核心生产工艺及环保治理等关键技术的创新进展，展望技术发展趋势，并探讨石油系炭黑应用领域的拓展方向。油浆脱固＋减压分馏＋油炉法联合工艺已成为石油系炭黑生产的主流技术路线，原料多元化与高效利用、产品高性能化与功能化、生产过程绿色低碳化是技术发展的核心方向，为裂解重油的高价值转化提供技术参考。 |

| Based on the project practice of an 80 000 t·a-1 carbon black plant in an energy and chemical enterprise，this paper systematically analyzed the development status of production technology of carbon black for rubber from cracked heavy oil，focused on elaborating the innovative progress of key technology such as raw material pretreatment，core reaction process and environmental protection treatment，prospected the future development trend of the technology，and discussed the expansion direction of petroleum-based carbon black application fields.The research showed that the combined process of oil slurry solid removal＋
vacuum distillation＋oil furnace process was the mainstream technical route for petroleum-based carbon black production.Diversification and efficient utilization of raw materials，high performance and functionalization of products，and green and low-carbon production processes were the core development directions of the technology，which provided technical reference for the high value conversion of cracked heavy oil. |
