| 聚四氟乙烯软管组合件兼具优异的耐高低温、耐介质性能及大弯曲半径，可弥补橡胶软管组合件耐温等级低、金属软管组合件刚性过大的不足，应用广泛，但其核心原材料长期被国外垄断。为实现国产化替代，本工作对聚四氟乙烯树脂、不锈钢丝、防火橡胶进行国产化设计和优化，使材料性能达到进口同类产品水平；通过聚四氟乙烯内管与防火橡胶层复合实现防火功能，并设计特殊结构金属接头，使软管组合件成品满足高速输油软管等高端应用场景的使用要求。 |

| Polytetrafluoroethylene（PTFE） hose assemblies exhibited excellent high and low temperature resistance，superior medium resistance and large bending radius，which could compensate for the poor temperature resistance of rubber hoses assemblies and excessive rigidity of metal hoses assemblies，and were widely used.However，their key raw materials had long been monopolized by foreign countries.To achieve domestic substitution，this work carried out localization design and performance optimization on PTFE resin，stainless steel wire and fireproof rubber，so that the material properties reached the level of imported products.The fire-resistance function was realized by compounding the PTFE inner tube with fireproof rubber.In addition，a special-structured metal joint was developed.As a result，the finished hose assembly could meet the requirements for high-end application scenarios such as high-speed oil hoses. |
