      研究1系列炭黑N110,N115,N121,N134对天然橡胶胶料性能的影响。结果表明,炭黑N134以最大的比表面积与较高的结构度赋予天然橡胶胶料最优的拉伸性能、耐磨性能、抗撕裂和抗切割性能,但胶料门尼粘度高,Payne效应显著;炭黑N121以最高的结构度使天然橡胶胶料的定伸应力与耐磨性能显著提高,且滞后损失低,即在补强与低滞后性能之间实现良好平衡;炭黑N115与炭黑N110提供了相对均衡的性能与更佳的加工流动性,在非极限动态工况或对加工效率要求更高的应用中具有实用价值。
英文摘要:
      The effects of 1 series carbon blacks N110,N115,N121 and N134 on the properties of natural rubber compounds were investigated.The results indicated that carbon black N134,with its largest specific surface area and higher structural degree,endowed natural rubber compounds with optimal tensile properties,wear resistance,tear resistance and cut resistance,but the compounds exhibited high Mooney viscosity and significant Payne effect.Carbon black N121,with the highest structural degree,significantly improved the modulus and wear resistance of natural rubber compounds,and reduced hysteresis loss,achieving a good balance between reinforcement and low hysteresis performance.Carbon black N115 and N110 provided relatively balanced properties and better processing fluidity,making them practical in non-extreme dynamic conditions or applications that require higher processing efficiency.
