      分析全钢载重子午线轮胎钢丝帘线弯曲原因,并提出相应解决措施。通过采取成型工艺参数标准化、精准调控硫化定型压力及优化胎圈平宽设计等系统性解决措施,胎体钢丝帘线伸张率在3.0%~3.5%标准范围内,钢丝帘线弯曲缺陷发生率显著降低。
英文摘要:
      The causes of steel cord bending in all-steel truck and bus radial tire were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were proposed.By adopting systematic measures,such as standardizing building process parameters,precisely controlling vulcanization shaping pressure,and optimizing bead flat width design,the elongation rate of cacass steel cord was maintained within the standard range of 3.0%~3.5%,significantly reducing the incidence of the steel cord bending defects.
