| The causes of the sidewall bubbles of all-steel truck and bus radial tire were analyzed，and the solution measures were proposed.By implementing measures such as reducing the temperature of the carcass cord cutting blade，adjusting the pressing parameters of carcass and sidewall，optimizing the material distribution in the shoulder area and the gradation of components，the issue of sidewall bubbles was effectively resolved，improving tire quality and economic benefits. |
