      研究大振幅振荡剪切下橡胶的流变特性。结果表明,炭黑/白炭黑填充胶料在大振幅剪切应变作用下表现出明显的非线性流变特性,傅里叶变换后的频域谱中三阶谐波强度与基波强度之比能很好地反映胶料中填料的分散性,与Payne效应测试结果高度一致。
英文摘要:
      The rheological characteristics of rubber under large amplitude oscillatory shear were studied.The results indicated that the compound filled with carbon black/silica exhibited significant nonlinear rheological characteristics under large amplitude shear strain.The ratio of third harmonic intensity/fundamental wave intensity in the frequency domain spectrum after Fourier transform could well reflect the filler dispersion in compound,which was highly consistent with the Payne effect test results.
